Motorola to Release the Rokr E6

Motorola Rokr E6 Motorola has made another Rokr, and the newest cell phone slash ipod passed FCC scrutiny earlier this week. Since the Rokr E6 is only equipped to operate on GSM 1900, it is likely that the model will be used for now only in Asia or Europe. Most non-pdas have a traditional keypad, but the newest Rokr will have a touch screen. We believe that the model should be extremely successful considering that it will indeed be the first of it's kind. Many media junkies will appreciate the full size SD cardslot which will allow for more memory and functionality. The E6 comes equipped with a 2 megapixel camera, which will increase the amount of memory needed due to increased picture file size. The model will have an FM transmitter for easy playing in the car, as will ship equipped with Bluetooth.

Motorola Razr Maxx Verizon has decided to carry the newest high-end MOTORAZR, the Razr Maxx.. Phonescoop.com has reported that Verizon will indeed offer the model. The model appears to be equipped with an aggressively large flash. Many phones take terrible shots at night, maybe Motorola has confronted the problem.

The Razr Maxx TFT on the outside may even allow picture viewing.

As part of the (PRODUCT) RED initiative, which is a group that supports those with aids and hiv in Africa, the phone offers an alternative for those who are charity conscious. U2 front man Bono is a major supports the effort of the Red initiative.

Motorola to give gun metal Pebl to Oscar nominees

At this year's Oscar awards ceremony, Motorola will be giving Pebl phones to each of the Ocsar nominees. The phones will be sporting a special edition gun metal finish. The nominees will also be receiving 3 months of free T-Mobile service as a gift, along with a new H700 blue tooth headset.
